- Confirm your order — you'll receive a confirmation SMS/email
Yes, provided your item has not yet been dispatched.
To change your delivery address:
- Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number and new address
- We'll confirm if the change is possible
Note: Once an item is out for delivery, address changes cannot be accommodated.
You can choose to be notified when the product is back in stock!
Simply click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and enter your email or phone number. You'll receive an alert as soon as the item is restocked.

- Nairobi: Standard delivery KSh 250
- Countrywide: Varies with destination and weight (calculated at checkout)
- Free Delivery: Available for orders above KSh 5,000 within Nairobi
